What is the process of digital power of attorney for foreigners?

A digital POA can be in English or, in Amharic. The certified agent has to present the paper in front of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia and then to the registration office. The process varies depending on the individual if he/she is local or a foreigner.

The person needs to fill the request form and provide the required, details asked in digital POA. If there's more than one principal then, that needs to be included in the last in the additional section. The statement needs to be signed by concerned bodies in front of Ethiopian Counselor Head. Properly certified documents such as Passport, the driving the use should be presented, along with an envelope for returning certificates needs to be given, such that it can be traced, pay the fees, the process is complete!

Make sure that a person who holds the authority has the following characteristics:

· The person recognizes and knows his/ her duties and commitment inside-out such that he/she takes the responsibilities seriously.

· Make sure that the person poses the skill and the t of merging with others and can work as a team when required.

· The person needs to have a reasonable grasp on how things work and must pose an understanding of financial matters.

· The individual needs to be someone who is loyal, trustworthy and honest.

The person should be someone who is available when required and doesn't dodge away from questions or problems.
