How to get digital power of attorney from Ethiopian Embassy Consular?

A power of attorney is a legal document that allows you to appoint a person or organization to manage your affairs if you become unable to do so or assign someone to represent or act instead of himself/herself with respect to the decisions pertaining to personal assets or property or care.
