How Does E-POA Android App Works?

E-POA (Ethiopian Power of Attorney), a service provider of power of attorney in Amharic, is bridging a crucial link between the mainland of Ethiopia and community of Ethiopian Diaspora. To execute any type of legal transactions such as to do business, retire, settling family affairs, dealing with any medical emergency or for making an investment, government laws specify that you need to have a proxy of a power of attorney if you are not physically present.
If you have a Smartphone, then follow the following steps to get your E-POA,
  • Download the E-POA iOS and E-POA android application for the respective play store.
  • Create your account.
  • Select the Type of POA.
  • Fill the form or template with the requisite details.
  • Validate the same on Review Page.
  • Then, do the Viditure i.e. a video signature by recording a video as per the instructions made.
  • Once you are done with video signature, digitally sign the application.
  • Next, upload the required government-issued legal documents to complete the verification and validation process.
  • Post Submission, pay the online fees.
  • If you see everything green, then you are done with your digital power of attorney, else make the necessary changes as asked for.
  • Once completed, an authorized agent in Ethiopia gets the all required documents.
